I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) with the ability to design exercise programs that help you improve your overall quality of life by designing custom science based programming for weight loss, injury prevention, athletic performance, and function improvement for activities of daily living.
I provide personal exercise programming for youth, seniors and everyone in between. I specialize in weight loss, sports performance, functional movement and overall quality of life improvement.
Are you currently in the Military or preparing to enlist? Are you interested in a Law Enforcement career? Getting ready to test? Need help preparing for their fitness requirements? My personal training services are designed to prepare you to meet or exceed their minimum standards.

First session is $150 to cover Static/Dynamic Postural assessment and an Initial InBody Body Composition Analysis to track fitness and/or weight loss goals. All packages include: Custom personal training programming to achieve client goals. Receive Nutrition Coaching.
Minimum 8 sessions.
Minimum 4 sessions. Can be: Significant other. Sibling. Friends. etc
Minimum 4 sessions. Your home gym and/or I provide the equipment.
Minimum 4 person group. Price varies based on duration and group size.
