I am a US Army Veteran and Retired Police Officer. I use the knowledge I gained through my experience while on my health and weight loss journey to assist others in achieving optimal health. After an extremely unhealthy lifestyle and various medical diagnosis, I took the steps necessary to become a healthier version of myself. Throughout my journey I managed to get down to 159 lbs from 250 lbs in 2 short years. Shortly thereafter I obtained NASM certifications as a nutrition coach and personal trainer so I can help others achieve what I felt was the impossible. (reach out to learn more about my journey)

I also Chair the Health and Wellness Program for the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce where we are dedicated to being the leaders in the community to promote, educate and provide resources to local businesses by advocating economic prosperity, stimulating healthy work environments, and improving quality of life for success.
I am the Co-Founder of the non-profit, Capeless Heroes Foundation 501(c)3, where we serve our local first responders from the beginning of their career and into retirement, with an emphasis on providing resources for PTSD and Mental Health, to include fitness and nutrition programs.
