Who I am: My name is Flip Garcia, Owner of MiLEO Nutrition & Fitness. I have been coaching clients on proper nutrition for over 2 years. I am Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)#1220799953. As a retired Police Officer my desire to serve my community and save lives has never wavered. The only difference is I now try to save lives through promoting health and longevity.

As your NASM Certified Nutrition Coach I provide CUSTOMIZED nutrition plans tailored to your specific dietary needs, weight loss and fitness goals. I provide motivation to assist in behavioral changes to assist in maintaining your achievements. I simplify things for you by providing nutritional strategies to achieve your goals. When you know what optimal nutrition looks like, healthy eating becomes second nature.

As your CERTIFIED NUTRITION COACH I help identify your micro/macro-nutrient and caloric needs to assist in achieving your wellness goals. I provide you with the personal nutrition coaching services on how to incorporate balanced eating to successfully achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. I will conduct a health assessment, body composition analysis, educate you on the behavioral side of nutrition, and customize a nutrition plan(s) to help you along your health journey.
At MiLEO Nutrition and Fitness I provide nutrition programs and nutritional guidance for all walks of life and Coach you through your personal health journey. Regardless of your fitness and weight loss goals, I have programs designed to help you achieve them.
