Who I am: My name is Flip Garcia, Owner of MILEO Solutions. I am Certified Nutrition Coach through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and an Independent Health Coach certified by OPTAVIA in partnership with the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education (COPE) & M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing at Villanova University.
What I Do: I provide healthy nutrition options for clients looking to achieve optimal health. This is accomplished by providing more than 60 convenient, nutritionally interchangeable, scientifically-designed meals/snacks and proper nutrition coaching support throughout your journey.
What I can do for YOU: I can help you achieve your health and weight loss goals by coaching you through eating six small meals per day. This allows for your body to enter a gentle but efficient state of constant fat burn while maintaining and retaining lean muscle mass.
