Who I am: My name is Flip Garcia, Owner of MiLEO Nutrition & Fitness. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)#1220832137. As a retired Police Officer my desire to serve my community and save lives has never wavered. The only difference is I now save lives by promoting health and longevity through nutrition and fitness.

I provide you with science based personal fitness coaching services to successfully achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. I conduct a health assessment, body composition analysis, static and dynamic postural assessment, educate you on the importance of fitness, and customize a fitness program to help you achieve your goals.
